We also want to ensure you that the part will work, and be in great shape. We don't send out worn parts, and that's why we warranty all the parts we sell whether it's new or used.
All our used parts carry a 6 month warranty and new and remanufactured parts carry a warranty for up to one year.  See below for details.

WARRANTIES:

• New & Remanufactured Audi Parts: 1 Year Exchange Warranty
• Used Audi Parts: 6 Month Exchange Warranty
• Warranty on Part Only-No Labor Reimbursement
• Warranty Terms are Exchange for Same Part Only.
• Return Authorization required
• Must be accompanied by original invoice
• Parts used in a manner that is not consistent with original manufacturer standards will not be considered for warranty

RETURNS:

• Return Authorization Required
• 25% restocking fee applies to all returns
• No returns on installed electrical parts
• No returns on special orders
• No returns past 10 days
• All parts returned must be in original condition:
  • Can not have been installed or plugged in
  • All markings must be intact
  • All paint and tape seals must be undisturbed
  • Damaged parts will be held for 30 days and then discarded
• Must be accompanied by original invoice
• Anonymous returns with no invoice may be held for 30 days and then discarded.
  • This includes packages arriving from shipping companies with no customer number, name, or any other identification

CORES:

• Return Authorization Not Required
• Must be accompanied by original invoice
• Must be returned within 45 days

SHIPPING:

• Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not refundable.
• Most orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time are shipped the same day (not guaranteed).
