Shokan's RS6 Collection

Over 27 years ago, Shokan decided that it would start a business centered around its love for the Audi automobile. As a new and used Audi parts warehouse, Shokan was able to follow its passion and become very successful. Shokan's passion for Audi has never weakened. From the invent of all-wheel-drive and the first AWD production Ur-Quattros to the newest sought-after offering, the RS6, Shokan has been there to aquire and enjoy them. Over the years Shokan has aquired almost 20 Ur-Quattros, one factory built A2 rally car, one Sport Quattro, numerous Ur-S4/S6 models, and now an almost unattainable RS6 Avant. Shokan will continue to aquire Audi's that are significant to automotive history and Audi itself. Shokan has always been the leader in used Audi parts. There was once a time when it was very difficult to find repair parts for your Audi. It was that problem that lead Shokan to be very successful delivering parts to thousands of Audi owners. As Audi has enjoyed much better vehicle sales in the past years, Shokan must continue to stock the parts that are less common. It was that thought that has driven us to aquire four RS6's already.

Each RS6 that we aquired has a vast collection of parts available. There are 4 parts cars and the Avant that we have recently repaired. The parts cars are ready to be dismantled. At the moment we have two running engines that have no problems or broken pieces. The third car has no engine or transmission as they were both broken. The fourth car was a frontal collision and also had a good running motor. Each car has been placed in covered areas to protect every single part from the elements. These cars are very unique and need to be taken care of in special ways.

The RS6 Avant

We aquired the car from an influential Texas businessman. The car was involved in a small incident involving a Texas flash-flood. The car itself only suffered a few inches of water inside the cabin but the engine was not as fortunate. Water made its way into the engine and hydraulically locked causing two bent connecting rods. Audi was not willing to sell just a rod set to us so we contacted Pauter Machine Company

This project is important to Shokan in many ways. Our employees and friends are very excited to be a part of the excitement while our customers and fans are very excited to have chances to see it when it arrives at upcoming Audi events.
